Hello, my name is Amy Black and I am the owner of Meal Thyme Solutions. The doors were opened on November 15, 2006 at Forest Park Shopping Center. I felt that Kokomo and surrounding areas could use a meal assembly service to help them provide homemade meals for their family. The fact that the customer can control what goes into their food and also portion control what their family is eating. I have had numerous phone calls and referals that have told me they are losing weight because they now understand portioning.
